Contact our customer support team with your order number and security serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the safe is empty, locked, and secured in its original heavy-duty packaging with all keys, manuals, and mounting hardware included to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Pickup
Due to the weight of our security products, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your location to ensure the unit is handled safely and correctly.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's mechanical integrity and condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
